Autumn/Fall

Aah that season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, autumn (or fall) is all about the end of summer bounty and getting ready for winter.
Recipes are more hearty and comforting like my rich and creamy garlic mushroom soup and pumpkin and pesto pasta bake.
Then there is all the fabulous foraging you can do to make my spiced crab apple jelly with Scotch whisky or fabulous blackberry and apple gin or deep and rich elderberry chutney.
