Winter

Winter is the season of all-out comfort food like traditional Scotch broth vegetarian style or my super easy chicken, cider and leek one-pot-pie or the ultimate Greek comfort food Stifado beef stew.
For preserving think of homemade pickled onions, marvelous marmalade like my pomegranate, orange and mint marmalade or cool curds like Christmas cranberry curd.
