Super Soups

Soup can either be a great start to a meal or a meal in its own right.

Here I share some of my favourite super soups from traditional Scottish cock-a-leekie to cool summer borscht that is as pretty as a picture.

Soup comes in all shapes and sizes and some can be the basis for other meals like my roasted vegetable soup and sauce base recipe.
