Don't you just love summer, with its sunshine and abundance of foodie goodies.
Meals are lighter, like my delicious Beetroot orange and feta salad and my super healthy Dakos from Crete to strawberry and salmon salad.
Then there's all the produce for preserving. So get creative in the kitchen and make some strawberry curd, raspberry peach and elderflower jam or something more savoury like my sweet and sour pickled cucumbers or Spanish style pickled cherries.
Then there's all the booze you can make with summer produce too - try my homemade cherry brandy, strawberry and lavender gin or raspberry and mint vodka.
