Make A Lavender Milk Bath

Author: Karon Grieve Published : June 2011

We all know the benefits of lovely lavender, it’s cleansing and antibacterial properties, to say nothing of that fabulous aroma and the fact that is just so damn relaxing. You can add the essential oil to your bath and really reep those benefits, but if you add a few other goodies as well the whole experience just becomes sublime……

2 cups of instant dried milk powder

1 cup of Epsom salts

1 cup baking soda

8 drops of lavender essential oil

Put all ingredients in your food processor and whazz it up for half a minute to really blend everything together. Pour into a pretty jar and pop on a lid.

To use; Run a bath and scatter about a tablespoon of the bath milk into the water and swish it about to disolve.

Slink in there, slide down in the tub and just enjoy…….
