Oh yes, good old summer strawberries can actually help to whiten your teeth. The enzimes contained in the berries act as a gentle bleeching agent on your pearly whites.
To make the strawberries work even better mash one berry with half a teespoon of bicarbonate of soda and use just like toothpaste.
