Super healthy strawberry smoothie

This strawberry smoothie is the perfect start to your day, packed with healthy goodness and keeps you going till lunch time too

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana frozen peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 6 ice cube see note on breaking them up

Instructions
 

  • Whizz everything up in your blender/food processor

Notes

serve chilled topped with a strawberry or some healthy nuts and seeds
