Super Healthy Spinach and Peach Smoothie

Spinach and peach smoothie is the perfect healthy start to the day

Ingredients
 

  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp gigi berries
  • 1 tsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds and pine nuts
  • 1 cup almond milk or water

Instructions
 

  • Chop the peach and banana and throw them into a blender with the spinach and spirulina powder and liquid and blend till smooth
  • Pour into a glass and top with the seeds and nuts

use frozen ingredients if you want to for this smoothie recipe
