Super healthy mixed berry smoothie

Ingredients
 

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 6 raspberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Core the apple and peel the banana and chop roughly
  • hull the strawberries
  • Toss all ingredients into a powerful blender and whazz till smooth

Notes

use frozen berries and you don't need to use ice cubes at all
