Super healthy Carrot and turmeric Smoothie

This carrot and turmeric smoothie is packed with vitamins, nutrients and anti-oxidents and makes a great start to your day

Equipment

  • Nutribullet or high speed blender

Ingredients
 

  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 250 ml almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • whizz everything in high speed blender or Nutribullet
  • serve with chopped nuts and dried berries and fruits

Notes

stash bananas in the freezer then use those instead of adding ice cubes to this smoothie recipe.
You can use any milk you like here.
