Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup redcurrants
  • 1/4 cup blackcurrants
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • coconut flakes to serve

Instructions
 

  • Whazz all ingredients in blender and pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes

Notes

you can use any mix of summer berries and fruits that you fancy.
Use frozen berries too if you have them.
