Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
 

  • 1 eating apple
  • 1 cup mixed grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Whizz all ingredients together in a blender
  • Add water if nessesary to get the consistancy you prefer

Notes

use frozen banana slices then you won't have to bother with ice cubes
