Ingredients
 

  • 1 beetroot cooked beetroot peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • ½ tsp ginger fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp gogi berries
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Whizz everything up in your food processor or blender reserving some of the berries and seeds to sprinkle on top.
