Ingredients
 

  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder

Instructions
 

  • Whizz all ingredients together in food processor or blender

Notes

Use frozen sliced bananas then you won't need ice cubes
