Blackberry Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g blackberries
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar superfine sugar
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 200 ml prosecco champagne, cava or other sparkling wine

Instructions
 

  • Muddle most of the blackberries with the sugar reserving a few to decorate the glasses
  • spoon the mashed blackberries into two tall glasses
  • add a shot of vodka and top with bubbles of choice

Notes

You can use frozen blackberries for this recipe.
This works just as well with raspberries as well.
