The perfect simple classic French salad dressing

A delicious and totally simple salad dressing that is perfect for almost any salad especially a green one

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp runny honey
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a jam jar and shake well.
  • Drizzle over the salad just before serving.

Notes

Keep any remaining French dressing in its jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
