Spoon muffin batter into lined muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden
Allow to cool a little before serving

Serve with a mix of pesto and cream cheese (half of each mixed together) or just on their own.Your smoked salmon muffins will keep a few days in a box in the fridge or freeze for up to 4 months.
