Pierce the chilli peppers with a needle to release the flavour
Pop into a jar with the whisky
Shake well and set aside for a week then remove chilli and decant into small sterillised bottles
Use as a hot sauce on food or in cocktails

Calories shown for the entire 500ml bottle of hot sauce.This will keep for up to a year.You can use dried chilli peppers but only use 2 and leave them in for half the time as dried chilli peppers have more heat than the fresh ones.
