Rosemary Wine

This beautifully spiced Rosemary Wine makes the perfect addition to your Christmas hampers and is so easy to make.

Ingredients
 

  • 750 ml rose wine
  • 80 ml vodka
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tsp juniper berries
  • 2 star anise

Instructions
 

  • Pour the wine into a sterilised jar and add all the other ingredients.
  • Shake well.
  • Set aside for 1 week in a cupboard.
  • Strain through 2 layers of kitchen paper and decant into pretty sterilised bottles.
  • This will keep for up to 6 months
