Saute the turkey mince in olive oil till browned then remove and set aside
Add the celery, onion and carrot to the pan for 5 minutes then add the garlic for 1 minute
Return the turkey mince to the pan and add herbs, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and seasoning. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Check the seasoning and serve

Serve your turkey bolognese with spaghetti or other pasta. It goes just as well with rice or couscous or as a stuffing for a baked potato.This will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days and can be frozen for up to 4 months.
