Ingredients
 

  • 500 g sea salt crystals
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp dried crushed chilli
  • 1 tsp dried orange peel chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic granules

Instructions
 

  • To make the dried orange peel simply grate about ¼ of an orange on to kitchen paper and set aside above a radiator to dry out overnight
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pack into sterilised jars with grinder tops
  • Use on salads, in vinegrettes and dressings, on veggies for roasting and with chicken and other meats when roasting or grilling

Notes

Nutrition taken from a serving being half a teaspoon of Mediterranean salts.
Use this salt in all sorts of ways from cooking to making salad dressings.
