Put the toffees in a jar and pour in the vodka, put on a tight-fitting lid
Set aside in cupboard for 1 week shaking every day or so to help the toffees dissolve in the vodka
Decant into a nice sterilised bottle

This toffee liqueur will keep for up to a year in a cool dark place. When storing the liqueur may split so just give the bottle a good shake before pouring.Serve chilled with ice or use as part of a cocktail, see my cocktail recipe ideas above
