How To Make Homemade Toffee Vodka Liqueur

If you like Baileys you'll love this sweet and creamy toffee liqueur that has a real kick. Perfect on its own or as part of a cocktail

Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml vodka any basic vodka
  • 70 g toffee I used 14 toffees

Instructions
 

  • Put the toffees in a jar and pour in the vodka, put on a tight-fitting lid
  • Set aside in cupboard for 1 week shaking every day or so to help the toffees dissolve in the vodka
  • Decant into a nice sterilised bottle

Notes

This toffee liqueur will keep for up to a year in a cool dark place. When storing the liqueur may split so just give the bottle a good shake before pouring.
