How to make golden vanilla vodka
A super easy recipe for vanilla infused vodka and real gold leaf
Ingredients
- 750 ml vodka
- 2 vanilla pods
- 2 sheets edible gold leaf optional
Instructions
- Split the vanilla pods lengthways to allow the flavours out
- Open the vodka bottle and pop in the pods
- Leave for 1 week to infuse
- Strain out the vanilla pods
- Pour into sterilised bottles and add some tiny flakes of the edible gold.

Use this homemade vanilla liqueur either on its own or as part of a cocktail
