Peel garlic and whizz in mini food processor till broken up
Add salt and whizz to break up salt more and mix everything thoroughly
Bake for 10 minutes till golden and aromatic
Break up baked salt and whizz again in mini processor, spoon into sterilised jars

Your roasted garlic salt will keep for over 6 months but will start to lose its flavour over this time.You can use this to flavour any savoury dish either before or after cooking. From soups and stews to salads, roasts and so much more.
