mix all ingredients in a large jar, pop on the lid and shake well then set aside in a cupboard for 2 weeks.Strain through a double layer of kitchen paper or muslin then pour into sterilised bottles

Your marmalade vodka will keep for over a year in a cool cupboard.Serve this on its own as a standard liqueur, as part of a cocktail (martini, cosmo, chocolate orange etc) or as a chilled shot.
