Homemade Marmalade Vodka

This delicious orange liqueur is just like Triple Sec and perfect in all sorts of cocktails or on its own

Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml vodka
  • 50 ml vermouth sweet red vermouth
  • 2 bay leaves or 1 dried bay leaf
  • 100 g orange marmalade

Instructions
 

  • mix all ingredients in a large jar, pop on the lid and shake well then set aside in a cupboard for 2 weeks.
    Strain through a double layer of kitchen paper or muslin then pour into sterilised bottles

Notes

Your marmalade vodka will keep for over a year in a cool cupboard.
Serve this on its own as a standard liqueur, as part of a cocktail (martini, cosmo, chocolate orange etc)  or as a chilled shot.
