Homemade Lavender Sugar

This super tasty lavender sugar is perfect for baking and desserts

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp lavender or 10 lavender heads
  • 500 g caster sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix both ingredients in a large jar with a lid, shake well and leave for a week for the flavours to infuse.

Use for baking (especially shortbread, cookies and summery cakes
