Heat the Guinness and sugar in a small pan till sugar dissolved completely
Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in a double boiler/bain marie
Remove bowl from heat and stir in the Guinness syrup
Chill in fridge to set up, about an hour
Use a teaspoon to create small balls of truffle and lightly press down into patties on a tray lined with baking parchment
Melt the while chocolate and allow to cool before drizzling over the truffles
Set aside in fridge to set up and store in fridge, remove just before serving

calories are given per truffle and I got 20 Guinness chocolate truffles from this recipe.Store the truffles in the fridge for up to a week and remove just before serving.
