Candy Cane Gin Homemade Liqueur

Super easy 2 ingredient peppermint gin liqueur that is the perfect fun girly drink for Christmas

Equipment

  • 1 large jar, sterilised bottles

Ingredients
 

  • 750 ml gin basic gin, nothing fancy
  • 12 candy canes

Instructions
 

  • break up the candy canes and put them in a large jar and pour over gin
  • shake jar every day for about 1 week. The candy canes will completely dissolve and gin turn hot pink colour
  • Decant into sterilised bottles. Use within a year.
