Wild Garlic Salt

This delightful salt is super easy to make and adds a delicious hint of garlic to any dish

  • 10 g wild garlic
  • 150 g sea salt crystals


  • Whizz the wild garlic in food processor till broken down
  • Add half the salt and whizz to a paste
  • Mix this with the remaining salt and spread the mixture out on a baking tray
  • leave in a warm place to dry out overnight or up to 24 hours till completely dry then pack into sterilised jars



This wild garlic salt will keep for up to a year but will start to lose its flavour after about 6 months.
Use this on any savoury dish where you want a wee kick of garlic
