Homemade Irish Coffee Liqueur

Super easy to make copycat Baileys Irish cream liqueur is easy to make and cost a fraction of the real thing

Ingredients
 

  • 350 ml whisky
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Whizz the whole lot up in the blender and pour into pretty sterilised bottles.
  • Store in the fridge where it will keep in for up to 2 months. Give it a shake before pouring.
