Completely sugar free spiced plum jam

Super easy recipe for sugar free spiced plum jam to use as a spread, in yogurt or as part of sauces etc

Servings 2 small jars


  • 12 red plums
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Stone the plums and whazz in food processor till smooth
  • Spoon into a pan and add all other ingredients
  • Simmer for 1 1/2 hours till takes on thick jammy consistancy
  • Spoon into 2 small jars and seal
  • Will keep for 2 weeks in fridge
