This beautifully spiced Rosemary Wine makes the perfect addition to your Christmas hampers and is so easy to make.
- 750 ml/1 1/4 pints rose wine
- 80 ml/3 fl oz vodka
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp juniper berries
- 2 star anise
Pour the wine into a sterilised jar and add all the other ingredients.
Set aside for 1 week in a cupboard.
Strain through 2 layers of kitchen paper and decant into pretty sterilised bottles.
This will keep for up to 6 months
