KILTS AND THE GARDEN

By Karon Grieve 4 Comments

  Applemint

Well l did make it into the garden this weekend. I spent a few hours cutting down herbs and bundling them up to dry. Even pulled out some of those damn weeds that are taking over with so much enthusiasm.

AgaHerbs

There are herbs all over the kitchen again.

After that l settled down to filling 150 Cookie Hearts, while thanking Tracy with every one of them!

And then in the evening l trotted down to the village with Wendy and her family for the Cailidh (probably spelled wrong!), the kilts were swirling and hairy knees were proudly displayed (and that was just the women!).

Caileigh

Always seems wierd when you see someone who is always covered in cow muck and firmly attached to his 1950s tractor, suddenly reborn as something out of a Porridge Oats advert, and cavorting around like bambi on ice. The village was out in force with Gay Gordons, willow stripping and much reeling.

Kilt

So thats it for the weekend, herbs, weeds, hearts, kilts and dancing……….

PS still can't get into ebay.

Hi karon, I know its an obvious thing to try ( and you’ve probably all ready done so) but re-booting is often a marvellous cure-all. Also could try accessing eBay via a different link such as via a google search for eBay in case there is a problem with your saved eBay address (assuming like me you have it as desktop icon/favourite for quick access). Was working fine for me yesterday too.Good luck!

If you buy stuff on e-bay, use one of the cashback sites such as quidco, rpoints to get a percentage of the sellers fees.
