Her big day and all my memories

By Karon Grieve 10 Comments

BabyWithHank

The big day dawns. 6am and it's prezzies on the bed and The Birthday Badger bag spills it's treats. My girl loves her goodies, the silly toys, the fun gifts, the books and T shirt.

Memories hit me between the eyes, making them water, making me remember.

Just where does the time go? Everyone says it…”it seems like only yesterday…” and there’s no way to slow time down. Please wish Idgy a happy birthday from her American pal…I totally spaced and was going to have something posted to her weeks ago! I’ll get it off today! She is a beautiful child – and you two are blessed to have each other – enjoy your special day! xo, Nan
