It is definately getting colder and autumny here, in fact this morning it is Blow'n-a-gale as the locals say. But first thing this morning (7.30am) my two furry pals trekked over to HQ with me and set up camp by the heater. Berti is the fat brown one, and good old Hank (white) is lurking in the fabrics.
Actualy it is just a quick dash to HQ to sort out stock, price cards, table covering (all the usual things l am more than likely to forget) for doing the Kilearn Fair this morning. Wonder if anyone will venture out in this horrible howly wind. Mustn't moan, at least we don't have the hellish rain they are suffering in parts of England just now.
Must say l am thrilled with the response I have had to the last recipe (yesterdays blog), great to know that other folks want to try these out too. Will be inflicting a jar of the Lavender and Thyme jelly on Jane when l see her at the fair this morning.
Well the car is packed, the fire is set ready for me coming home and wanting to cozy-in for the evening with the usual batch of sewing, and there is a pot of soup ready to heat. I am prepared to leave the building……………
