Hang on, hold fast, don’t let go whatever you do!
You know hanging off a multi-story building can be so damn tiring. Especially when your pal is hanging on to you to. Honestly who’d have thought we’d fall off a sky scraper when we were out for a run yesterday.
I did the only sensible thing. I clambered back into the building and chucked Phoebe off instead. Just look how much she’s enjoying herself, that gal is havin’ a ball.
This is what happens to you if you fall off the building and are left to rot at the bottom.
You go cross-eyed and develop a leering grin, but what the hell ladies, just look how thin you are!
Ah the things you do when you’re out for a run. We usually run around the area of the Science Centre in Glasgow. It’s by the river, near a park and has lots of nice flat ground to run on. There is also the added bonus of playing in the Science Centre when there aren’t any kids about. Oh and there is a nice coffee place round the corner too.
Here is the intrepid Phoebe with her beloved bicycle. This pose is called “Intrepid Adventurer And Their Trusty Steed About To Embark On Another Hazzardous (and possibly life threatening by the look on her face) Mission”.
Aha, and there is Adventure Partner lurking on the fence looking like a tree is blossoming from her head. Honestly you just can’t get the bloody staff when it comes to taking photos can you?
So this is what we get up to when we go out running and doing our training for the Great Scottish Run next week (eeeeeeek NEXT WEEK, yes Sunday 4th September), it is all such hard slog that we are completely worn out, can hardly move. We are completely knackered and just drag our sorry bodies home. No, no, we are never seen lurking about in the Science Centre, playing with the camera and drinking cappuccinos.
Hmmmmmmm thank goodness Stella (coach) hasn’t seen this, she might just think we’re not taking this seriously enough.
