Never believe it when people tell you “Just do a bit more exercise and you’ll feel great”, no, spit in their eye, don’t believe a word. In fact if you can possibly muster the strength and your knackered limbs can carry you, run (or crawl in my case) in the opposite direction.
Let me tell you guys I was in AGONY yesterday. Emailed Bruce (one of our team) who said I should do some exercise so I wouldn’t seize up. Thanks Bruce, I could actually walk in the morning, did a jog and tried just a smidgen of a sprint and by the afternoon I couldn’t walk a step.
