Looking at the above picture you could be forgiven for thinking l had downed tools and opted out of the creative rat-race and relaxed into the land of coffee and gorgeous little calorific nibbly things, well guess what – you’re right! At least for a little while today while l recouped my forces after a long and rather trying session with my web site hosters – who ever said this techno business was easy. I felt so frazzled l just had to make myself a proper (real coffee as opposed to my usual decaf instant) pot of coffee and dig out those little indulgent biccies and my favourite cup and saucer (a prezzie from my friend Jacky at Kittys) then l sat back and thought about things and tried to get things into perspective a bit. Sometimes l get so wound up about something l lose track of everything else. Just now it has been the web site and getting it to do what it says it will (but rarely does!). Anyway l have calmed down………….
The results of the web wrangle are that l have just uploaded this months SECRET GARDEN which is the newsletter page on my web site. Each month l like to put up a new recipe, maybe some herbal tips for the home or garden, sometimes a competition, and always a nice little offer. This month it is for my new (well l did make these last year but have now reinvented them in different look as one of my clients wrote asking where on earth they had got to!) HOT POTS that are made with Harris tweed and filled with my cozy Country Spice blend. To join the newsgroup and take advantage of special offers and givaways etc, just drop me an email or comments and l will add you to the list and zap you through the link. By the way, you get a £5 gift voucher for joining.
I have finally managed to work out how to add links to my blog – told you l was a technophobe! – so you can enjoy a visit with other great bloggers. I hope l can get my head around the other features of this great bloggy medium, there is definately room for improvement here (heard that somewhere before)………
By the way Martha is doing fine and should have her stitches out on Wednesday so will hopefully get a new photo of her for you then. Thanks so much for all the comments and emails and calls about her. It really has been so much appreciated.
