Woohoo! Christmas is here and ready to roll!
I’m thrilled to tell you that I’ve been to the publishers and picked up a huge batch of my So Easy Christmas book so I can sign them and sell them direct to you from the site. You can also buy the book straight from Amazon off the sales page here, the choice is yours.
Anyway I am so excited about this booky of mine that I’ve made 4 Christmas crafting videos that I am giving away free when you buy the book. It’s all really simple and full explanation on the sales page, but basically if you buy the book off Amazon you just copy the receipt number, pop back here and paste it into the box on the sales page. This will zap you back an email and direct you to the link for the free videos. If you’d like to buy a signed copy from me you just do the Paypal thing on the page (prices include s&h and are quoted for UK, Europe and Other) and I will zap you the link to the videos myself.
I honestly feel like I’ve lived through Christmas three times already this year. Firstly when I wrote the book back in Jan/Feb and March, then again in Summer when I was filming the freeby videos, and now here I am in Autumn launching Christmas again, and hang on, it is almost Christmas yet again!
The book is all about easy ways to deal with the festive season, everything from making cute cards to creating a Christmas lunch that is both stylish and simple. It’s about making foody gifts that will bring a smile to faces of friends and family and help you keep a wee bit more cash in your pocket throughout this time of year. It’s about dealing with everything from pets to houseguests and making time for yourself too. And most of all it’s about putting a bit of fun back into Christmas for everyone, and that means YOU the person who is doing all the groundwork at home, rushing around and stressing over everything, feeling that everyone else gets to enjoy this stuff but you.
I am so grateful to everyone who has helped to bring this book to life. From my publisher Richard at Stenlake Publishing, to the gorgeous Colin and Justin (those fabulous interior designers and madcap TV presenters) who wrote the foreword, to Idgy for putting up with all the faffing about and being the perfect prop and hands for so many photographs, to STV and The Hour for building up my profile and giving me a platform to stand on, and to YOU, my friends in Blogland who have encouraged me all the way in this writing mission of mine. If it wasn’t for you I would never have started in the first place.
So here’s to a So Easy Christmas for all of us.
I raise my coffee mug to one and all!
